How much does the service cost?

MyCommerce is an affordable solution. There are no signup fees, monthly fees or minimums. Our pricing is easy to understand - just pick the plan that best meets your needs and sign up today. With a plans as low at 2.9% + $1/€1, we're certain we have a solution for you.

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for sales in the previous month. For example, a payment sent on May 1st would include all sales that occurred in the month of April.

How will I get paid?

You can select to be paid by check, ACH direct deposit, wire transfer, PayPal or WebMoney. We support a large number of payment currencies for your convenience.

What types of products can I sell?

MyCommerce has been designed with the needs of online digital businesses in mind. We provide services for companies that sell software, downloads, online content and services, "software as a service", among other digital products.

We do not support products in the following categories: physical products, travel, adult material, online gambling, pharmaceuticals, essay writing or similar services, and products that enable copyright infringement. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us.

I'm not located in the United States. Is this a problem?

How are refunds handled?

We recognize that different businesses have different policies, so we've designed our processes accordingly. We do our best to make sure your refund policies are honored, and customers that contact us requesting a refund are referred to you for handling. We request you to clearly post your refund policies on your website. Additionally, if we forward a refund request to you and you do not respond to the customer within two business days, we'll process the refund. Last, we reserve the right to refund orders at our discretion in special circumstances.
